How to read this list
Two ways to price a job, and you book whichever comes out lower. Per item, using the tables below. Or by volume, using the truck ladder. The $75 minimum applies to every visit — if your item lists below that, it still bills at $75, so it is worth adding anything else that is going.
Every price includes the crew, the truck, the carry from wherever the item sits, and the disposal or recycling at the other end. There is no stair charge, no basement charge, no long-carry charge and no fuel surcharge. The number is the same in the Avenues, in Rose Park, in Sugar House, in Daybreak and in Bountiful.

Rough guide for this market: a quarter truck is a small bedroom or one wall of a garage. A half is a typical two-car garage that has been filling for a few years. Three-quarters to a full truck is a Salt Lake basement, or a garage in one of the newer south-valley subdivisions.

Because the arithmetic is the point of a published list:
- Sofa and loveseat: $126 + $119 = $245.
- Basement laundry pair: $133 + $128 = $261.
- Full bedroom: $143 + $68 + $126 + $57 = $394.
- Kitchen swap: $164 + $137 + $109 = $410.
- Deck clearance: $322 + $89 + ($30 + $30 + $30 + $30 = $120) = $531.
Compare each against the ladder before booking. A living room at $126 + $119 + $67 + $52 = $364 is beaten by a three-eighths truck at $338, and that comparison is worth thirty seconds every time.
What is not on the list
Household hazardous waste, which means paint, solvents, motor oil, antifreeze, pesticides, lawn and pool chemicals, propane cylinders and car batteries. Every garage in this valley has a shelf of it and every one of those items has to go through your county's household hazardous waste route instead. Also excluded: anything needing remediation, such as mold or biohazard.

Is this the full price list?
It is the working list for the items people actually book in this market. The pricing page carries the complete catalog and totals your selection as you add to it.
What is the minimum charge?
$75 per visit. Items listed below that, such as a $57 nightstand or a $45 dining chair, still bill at $75 on their own.
Are disposal fees extra?
No. Landfill, recycling and appliance handling are all inside the published price, as is the labor and the carry.
Do prices change by neighborhood or by floor?
No. The same item is the same price everywhere in the valley, on any floor, with no stair or access charge.
How do I know whether to book items or a truck fraction?
Price both. Under $241 of items, per-item usually wins. Above $431, the truck ladder usually does. Heavy single pieces like a $322 hot tub are cheaper as items.
